'Multiple betting' tab

To place multiple bets you have to take more than 2 selections into consideration (View of current market, column 17).

1. Offsets for single bets (see Using offsets system).
   -Button '? ': show panel Offsets presets window.
   
   
2. Necessary information to place a back Dutch bet:
   -Capital to be distributed on the selections taken into account
   -Button to validate bets showing minimum profit done if one selection is winning. If value inside button is positive, a dutch bet is possible.
   
   Necessary information to place a lay Dutch bet:
   -Capital to be distributed equally to have an identical loss on the selections taken into account 
   -Button to validate bets showing maximum profit done if one selection is winning.
   
   By clicking on the 'S' / 'P'  button, you can switch between the normal management of the stake 'S' (Stake mode) or payout mode 'P' (Payout mode) (see Main tab)
   
   
3. Multiple bets in back or lay:
   Use 'Back' or 'Lay' button to place a back or lay bet on the desired selection.
   -Fixed odds checked: bets will be placed at a fixed odds on desired selections.
   -Fixed odds unchecked: Bets will be placed at current odds (if enable, corresponding offset will be applied to odds calculation).
