Confirm a single bet

The image below shows a confirmation dialog box for a single bet:

• Round: Round the value of the stake
• Refresh: Gets current odds. (If enabled, offset is used in odds calculation)
• Horizontal trade: Calculates the stake for an horizontal trade
• Vertical trade: Calculates the stake for a vertical trade
